I am known for my authentic leadership, high energy and my impactful approach to education and higher learning. I am an innovative educator that is open-minded and willing to collaborate and assist wherever needed. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, therefore I believe in building great minds. My motto is that I am fair, firm and consistent to all students, faculty and staff.

Personal
I am the wife of my hero, Mr. Raymond Dickey, Sr. (Chairman of CCSD). I am the proud mother of 4 magnificent adult children: Cyntressa Dickey (Ernest & Young LLC -Global People Advisory Services Energy Leader); Raylentina Dickey (Registered Dietitian); Dr. Raymona Dickey (Physical Therapist) and Dr. Raymond Dickey, Jr. (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon). All of which are products of the Crawford County School District.
