Background

I was born in Los Angeles City, Philippines but grew up right here in Roberta, Georgia. I am a graduate of Crawford County Comprehensive High School where I enjoyed being a member of its yearbook staff, Future Business Leaders of America organization, and CCHS Varsity Cheer Team. I began my teaching career at Greenville Middle School, and eventually made my way back home in 2002. In the early 2000s, I spent much of my time teaching 6th grade English Language Arts, mentoring new teachers, and coaching middle school cheerleading. Currently, I am teaching 4th grade ELA-Writing, and I passionate about helping my students and mentees become their best. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, traveling, and volunteering in my community.
